been in business since 1968, and we pride ourselves on providing customers with the best-quality products and personal service.
You can order from us using our online catalog, order over the phone, or visit one of the retail locations that carries our
products. In 1964, Esther and Barry Davis bought a little supper club in
downtown Mandan North Dakota called the Havana Club, that is where the sauce originated. (They renamed it the Seven Seas and
after six years moved it to a larger location.. but continued to make the South American Steak). Barry and Esther began
making a South American sauce for their steaks, perfecting a recipe and giving it to their chef. In 1986, after hearing
a lot of encouragement from her customers, Esther began to produce and market the sauce. The Sauce is available in many
grocery stores, through Amazon.com and through Too Slim and the Taildraggers. Tim and Nancy (Davis) Langford; Esther
and Barry's daughter and son in law, have begun marketing the company with Tim Langford's Band, Too Slim and the Taildraggers.
